Welcome to Our Nutrition Practice

Many people find themselves totally confused about what is good nutrition or how it can work for them. When reading today's newspapers and magazines, it's no wonder that people are so confused about good nutrition with all of the contradictory statements and claims put forth -- good fats, bad fats; carbohydrates; vitamins and minerals, everyone seems to have a different opinion. Enough is enough!

In our practice we use nutrition to help balance your body's chemistry, support the systems in your body that are stressed and we ask your body what foods it's sensitive too and what foods it needs to become healthy. The first thing we ask you to do is to fill out a Health Assessment Questionnaire. You can get this form right here on our website. In this questionnaire we are looking at digestion, liver, gall bladder, the endocrine system, cardio-vascular, mood, immune, urological, musculoskeletal, the nervous system and hormonal function of your body. We then proceed with other physiological testing: EKG, Blood Pressure Stress Testing, Body Composition Analysis, Cholesterol testing and other physiological tests and Nutrition Response Testing.

Nutrition Response Testing

Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) is a method of analyzing your body's nutritional needs. It is a study of how different energy points on the surface of your body relate to the state of health and the flow of energy to the organs of your body.

Analysis is accomplished by testing neurological reflexes and acupuncture points. There are no needles used. These neurological reflexes are derived from the part of the nervous system whose job it is to regulate function in the different organs of the body. To test a reflex the doctor has you hold our your arm and he tests it's strength by pushing against it while he holds a reflex point. In a healthy reflex the arm will stay strong. However, if the arm goes weak, this indicates an underlying dysfunction of that organ related to that reflex point. Using this information, along with your other test results, the doctor works out with you your personalized nutrition program.

Your Personalized Nutrition Program

Your Personalized Nutrition Program consists of a customized diet, supplements, herbs and lifestyle changes specific to your body's needs. The nutritional supplements are time tested formulations of whole food concentrates. These whole food concentrates have little in common with over-the-counter vitamins and are available only through licensed health professionals.

Can We Help You?

Long-term experience in a wide variety of cases tells us the first thing we must determine is whether or not you are a "Nutritional Case". You are welcome to a Free Nutritional Screening to determine this. If we find you are not a "Nutritional Case" then it is unlikely that nutrition will help much. However, if we find that you ARE a "Nutrition Case" then in our experience nothing else will help as much. Your first step is a free health assessment.

If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired or just want to live a longer, healthier and more energetic life, we encourage you to contact us today for your free Nutritional Screening!
